  20.     The VERSION= command was changed to require either a 1 or 0 to follow it.

  22.     Version=1 is equivalent to the version= command being present in the .ini
  23.     file in Rainbow version 1.3.

  25.     Version=0 is equivalent to the version= command not being present in the
  26.     .ini file in Rainbow version 1.3.

  44.         The WIDTH command was added for those of you who like to work in more
  45.     than 80 columns.  This command is *** REQUIRED *** in your .INI file,
  46.     without it Rainbow will not function properly.  See RB.DOC under commands,
  47.     for detailed information on the WIDTH command.

  50.         The CLOCK command has been broken into two command, they are CLOCKR and
  51.     CLOCKC.  It is *** REQUIRED *** that you replace the CLOCK command with
  52.     CLOCKR and CLOCKC in order for Rainbow to function properly.  See RB.DOC
  53.     under commands, for detailed information on the CLOCKR and CLOCKC commands.

  56.         The VERSION command was also added to the list of commands.  This is
  57.     here so the version of Rainbow can be indentified if needed.  This is an
  58.     optional command.
